Education

Continuing education is a high priority within our services across Northeast Kansas. We offer a variety of courses at each station, which may be scheduled intermittently. These sessions often include guest speakers from other health organizations, providing valuable insights into the latest medical practices and emergency care procedures.

In addition to online learning, initial training classes are available at TECHS, Inc., with courses rotating between our service locations. TECHS offers a comprehensive range of classes including:

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
• AEMT (Advanced Emergency Medical Technician) Initial Course
• AHDR (All Hazards Disaster Response)
• AMLS (Advanced Medical Life Support)
• CPR (Healthcare Provider)
• Heart Saver CPR with AED and First Aid
• EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) Initial Course
