Jared Rokey, Peer Support Coordinator
Jared is first and foremost an Advanced EMT committed to serving his patients with the highest level of care possible. When he is not actively providing care in the back of the ambulance, he continues that mission by Supporting his coworkers and ensuring they have the resources and encouragement they need to succeed.
As the leader of the Peer Support team, Jared works to promote the personal and professional Progress of his colleagues both at work and at home. Within the team he upholds a high standard of confidentiality and trust while maintaining strong Accountability both for himself and for those he serves alongside.
Jared has worked intentionally to create an environment where seeking help is not only accepted, but Respected. Through his knowledge of mental health and his care for his peers, he strives to cultivate a healthy Culture where taking care of one another is expected and every provider knows they are never alone.
Kylie Darnell, Public Relations Liaison
Kylie is an Advanced EMT currently working toward her Paramedic certification and is passionate about connecting EMS with the community it serves. Through outreach, education, and engagement, she works to Support stronger relationships between first responders and the public.
Her efforts help promote the Progress of EMS by increasing community understanding of the vital role emergency services play. Kylie approaches her work with professionalism and Accountability, ensuring that the organization’s communication reflects the integrity and dedication of its providers.
She strives to foster Respect for the EMS profession while encouraging meaningful dialogue between providers and the communities they serve. Through these efforts, Kylie helps strengthen a positive Culture that highlights the compassion, professionalism, and commitment of EMS providers.
Christa McCullough, Employee Enrichment Lead
Christa is an Advanced EMT in Jackson County with nearly 10 years of service at TECHS. She is passionate about Supporting her coworkers by helping create a workplace where employee health, wellness, and safety remain a top priority.
Through the development of the Employee Enrichment program, she works to encourage the continued Progress of the organization by strengthening the well-being and resilience of its team members. Christa believes a healthy workplace requires shared Accountability, where both leaders and employees take responsibility for caring for themselves and one another.
She fosters an environment of Respect, ensuring that every team member feels valued and heard. By connecting with employees and advocating for their well-being, Christa helps cultivate a positive Culture that strengthens both the organization and the people who serve within it.
Sahra Meddock, Marketing Lead
Sahra brings over 13 years of experience across multiple areas of medical services, including hospital registration, hospice volunteer coordination, grief support, public relations and fundraising, as well as home health and hospice billing. Since joining TECHS EMS in November 2023, she has been grateful for the opportunity to Support the organization by sharing its mission and highlighting the work of its providers.
Through strategic communication and outreach, Sahra helps promote the Progress of the organization by strengthening its public presence and supporting initiatives that move the service forward. She approaches her role with a strong sense of Accountability, ensuring that messaging reflects the values and professionalism of the organization.Sahra works to foster Respect for the EMS profession by telling the stories of those who serve and by recognizing the dedication required in emergency medicine. Through thoughtful engagement and communication, she contributes to building a positive Culture that honors compassion, service, and the impact EMS providers have on the communities they serve.
